Your data knows things nobody in your company knows.
Meistra reads every file you have, writes down what it learned with the page it came from, and trains an assistant that must pass a test on your files before it answers anyone.

The answers are in there. Nobody can find them.
A company of any age sits on thousands of files: reports, contracts, manuals, years of tickets and notes, and what people need to know is already written down in them. Search finds a page that happens to contain a word. It cannot tell you what your files actually say, notice that two of them disagree, or ask the person who knew — because that person retires next spring.
Create your workspaceLike getting diamonds out of a coal mine.
Your files are the mine. The facts inside them are the diamonds. The exam is what proves they are real — and it is written from your files, so it cannot be fooled.

Your Knowledge Book
Everything your files say, written out in chapters you can read, with the page behind every single line.
- One chapter per subject, in your own language
- Every fact shows the file and page it came from
- Written for a person to read, not for a machine to search
- Plain files you can export and keep, with us or without us
- Your team can correct it, and the correction sticks
- A new colleague can read it on their first day

[ An assistant that passed ]An assistant that passed the test
Ask it anything about your files. It answers from the Book, shows you the pages it used, and says plainly when your files do not cover the question.
- Every answer comes with the pages behind it
- It says the files do not cover it, instead of guessing
- It reads the Book live, so a correction shows up at once
- Ask it here, or connect it to the tools you already use
- It never saw the questions it was finally tested on
- It is yours: your files, your Book, your assistant
- [ A certificate ]
A certificate you can show
Two numbers: how it did on the questions it studied, and how it did on the ones it had never seen. The gap between them is the whole proof.
- The questions kept back are opened exactly once
- A small gap means it learned your files
- A large gap means it learned the paper, and it says so
- Every round of studying is recorded with its score
- The version of the Book it was tested on is frozen
- Something you can hand to whoever has to sign off
Four rules. None of them is a promise.
Each one is enforced by the system itself, and each one is checked by a test.
It never invents.
A fact enters the Book only together with the passage it came from. If it cannot point at the words in your file, it is thrown away rather than written down.
The exam comes from your files, not from the Book.
The part that writes the questions cannot see the Book at all. So whatever the reading missed still gets asked, and a hole in the Book shows up as a wrong answer.
The questions kept back stay secret.
A quarter of the exam is locked away before studying begins, and nothing that studies can reach it. It is opened once, at the very end, and then it is spent.
When your files disagree, you decide.
Two warranty periods, two versions of a policy — it does not pick one. It shows you both passages, you say which is right, and your answer is recorded with your name.
These are not house rules. They are permissions in the database, and tests fail if they slip.

It works on a pile you own and can point at. It is not a search engine for the internet, and it knows nothing your files do not say.
Create your workspace and drop in a few files.
You do not need to talk to anyone first. Make a workspace, add some files, say what you want learned from them, and watch the first reading run.
Questions people ask
Short answers to the things people want to know before they try it.
PDFs, Word documents, plain text, and scans that have text in them — in any language. Contracts and regulations are read paragraph by paragraph, so an answer can point at the exact clause.
A first reading of a few hundred files takes hours, not weeks, and it runs on its own — you can close the tab. Studying and the final test take a few hours more. You can watch all of it as it happens.
You pay for what it reads and what it studies, and nothing else: no seats, no minimum, nothing up front. The more pages there are, the more it costs, and a handful of files is enough to try it.
In your own workspace, which nobody else can see. Your files are stored so that answers can quote them, and you can delete a file or the whole workspace at any time.
Every line in the Book shows the page it came from, so a wrong line is easy to find and correct. And the point of the exam is to measure how often it is wrong before you trust it with anything.
No. Search hands you a page that mentions your words. This reads the files, writes down what they say, notices where they disagree, and then proves what it learned on questions it has never seen.
